The applicant selected for this position will be responsible for data analysis & financial modeling, he/she will be performing market and financial analysis for potential investments in real estate, and preparing the cash flow valuation models for prospective projects from the position of both developer and /or joint venture and present recommendations based on analysis to management for decision making.
In addition, the employee will schedule projects meetings, timeframes and estimates, and progress monitoring/reporting, including managing changes to business needs and project scope.
Location: Lahore
Experience: 4-5 Years of relevant experience preferably from real estate industry
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute assigned property research projects.
- Supervise team members on daily basis to complete research projects within deadlines and monitor the data entries in CRM.
- Validate and Verify daily base property data (Pictures, Videos, Society Maps, and Dealers Details etc.)
- Track project progress periodically and report the same to management.
- Identify areas of improvements and develop new methodologies to meet milestones.
- Present research findings to management in an understandable manner.
- Follow and enforce state and federal regulations.
- Interact with accounting department in processing payments and approving grants.
- Stay abreast with latest developments in research tools and techniques.
- Analyze and resolve research issues promptly and accurately.
- Perform cost negotiation and finance and schedule management activities.
- Coordinate with management in determining research priorities and developing research roadmap.
- Identify key challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
- Ensure that research deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
