Digital Business Coordinator Role.
We are looking for a motivated Digital Business Coordinator to assist our
brand in driving lead generation and expanding the business.
Responsibilities:
Website Management
- Coordinate with the website development team.
- Monitor website insights and present to management on a weekly /fortnightly / monthly basis.
- Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the websitealigns with brand strategy and meets the organization's standards
- Improve the user experience of the website regularly by the help of thewebsite developer after discussing with the management.
Social Media Management
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
- Analyze competitor activities and keep a close eye on social mediatrends & techniques and inform the management of the changes that arerelevant to the store’s marketing activities.
- Keep a close eye on the social media insights and sharing the report tothe management on weekly basis
- Interacting with customers via the company’s social media accountsand responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
Other Responsibilities:
- Keeping the complete record of the incoming customers. Maintainingthe daily follow-up list of the visiting customers.
- Keeping a complete record of the merchandise being sent to thecustomer for approvals and washing.
- Implementing the store’s overall digital strategy,
- Try to increase the sale through digital platforms and markets i.eamazon, ebay and etsy
