- Preparing, collating and lodging (including e-lodging where relevant) visa applications and supporting documentation with the Immigration Deparement of various countries mainly Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, USA.
- Managing and monitoring applications with immigration authorities until the matter is finalised
- Liaising with clients, visa applicants and government authorities
- Managing a high volume of visa applications in/outbound
