- Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facilities systems.
- Manage, compile data and write reports regarding infrastructure KPI’s, vendor’s SLAe performance, team performance.
- Tracking and trending operational characteristics.
- Ability to work in a Team Atmosphere
- Must be able to develop OPEX & CAPEX budgets, projects plans, project estimation cost etc.
- Ability to communicate intelligently and effectively with contractors who perform maintenance or upgrade work on these systems
- Direct, coordinate with consultants, vendors, manufacturer, conduct field surveys and study maps, graphs, diagrams, SLD’s and other data to identify the correct power / facility system requirements
- Provide and analyze energy efficient solutions to minimize power losses.
- Must understand the Data Centre environment and excel in customer service
