- Communication with Clients for good working relationship that fosters increased sales.
- Elucidation of company products to potential clients to influence purchase
- Address issues on goods dispatch and resolution of customer complaints
- Manage and plan inventory according to needs of customers
- Collaborate with Sales Head to develop Effective Sales Strategies by setting achievable targets
- Perform operational tasks ie. Transactional Record Keeping, Document Filing, and Stock Inventory
- Assist CEO in successful sales meetings periodically
- Recommend and implement training programs for sales team to improve their work efficiency
- Prepare Quotations, Sales Order and Invoices through computerized system
- Participate in continues quality enhancement
- To do tasks assigned by the management as N when required
