- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including radiologists, technicians, IT specialists, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless project operations and execution.
- Review of CCTV of all sites to ensure operations are carried out professionally.
- Manage monthly audit of sites and recheck all invoices and related documentation as per established SOPs.
- Timely hiring and training of staff.
- Ensure that all project tasks are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Report and escalate urgent matters to the management promptly.
- Manage the relationship with team, procuring agency and all stakeholders of the CT Project.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, recommend innovative solutions, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation at all times.
- Coordination of invoicing status from the customer.
- Travelling to CT scan sites for management, audit or other official purposes.
- Effective inventory management to ensure sufficient consumable items at all sites.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
