• Coordinating office activities and operations.
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Manage travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc. )
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Keeping and managing employee leaves.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Any task assigned by the management. 

Requirements & Skills:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
  • Working Knowledge in computer application & computer-based accounting ERP.
  • Command on MS Office - Specially MS Excel (Accounting Formulas)
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
