- Preparation of revenue invoices after completion of Services in line with long term Contracts with Customer.
- Maintaining online record of monthly revenue, in the form of revenue register, posting of Invoices in accounting software and maintaining receivables Summary on a monthly basis.
- Receivables follow up and reconciliation of balance with Customers.
- Preparation and filling of monthly Provincial Sales Tax returns and Coordination with Provincial Revenue authorities.
- Calculation of Field related Bonus of Staff and its processing in monthly payroll.
- Preparation of monthly payroll, processing payments, maintaining all related record. Ensuring Compliance with withholding return of Income Tax.
- Monthly financial reporting related to Revenue & Payroll, including month end close.
- Assisting in the preparation of Quarterly, Half Yearly & Annual Statutory Accounts.
