Requirements.
1. Must have good spoken English skills.
2. Can make calls in English comfortably.
3. Must have their own Laptop
4. Will be comfortable working nights.
5. Experience calling US will be preferred (but not required)
6. A calling system (VoIP etc) will be appreciated. There are free services that provide calling to the US that we can discuss at length.
What We Do
We are working for dental clinics in the US. Our main work is verifying patient insurance for the doctor by calling insurance companies and filling the appropriate forms.
We are contracted by multiple clinics and each clinic has their own form. these forms essentially carry the same questions with some small changes, so you know one, you know them all.
