Key Requirements & Responsibilities
This role is focused on securing new business and growing existing client relationships by offering our comprehensive import, export, and freight forwarding solutions (Air and Sea).
What You Must Bring
- Proven Customer Base: You must possess a strong, established customer base/network within the Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Trade industry in Lahore or the wider region.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrable success in sales within the specified industries.
- Target Driven: A history of meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms), documentation, and the competitive landscape of logistics.
What You Will Do
- Business Development: Actively identify, prospect, and convert new corporate and commercial clients, particularly exporters and importers.
- Client Management: Nurture and expand relationships with your existing and newly acquired customer base, ensuring high retention and service satisfaction.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present persuasive freight solutions, negotiate rates, and finalize commercially viable contracts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery from booking to final delivery.
