Finance Manager

Seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our food business company in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure the company's financial health and success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Manage the company's financial planning and budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
Conduct financial analysis to identify and address potential financial risks and opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions
Manage the company's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
Work closely with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with business objectives
Hire, train, and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure they are meeting their performance goals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 1 year of experience in a managerial position
Strong analytical skills and experience with financial analysis and modeling
Knowledge of financial regulations and laws in Pakistan
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience working in the food business industry is preferred
