Requirements and skills:

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening ability, allow you to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • A student with a high school degree (O/A levels or equivalent) must be able to speak fluent English (MUST).

Job Timing : Mon to Fri ( 7pm - 5 am) Office Based

Basic Salary plus incentives.
