(EBS) is an UAE based Accounting & Bookkeeping firm of experienced Chartered Accountants, providing various services to clients in the Fields of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation. We are looking for Junior Accounts Associate to join out incredible team.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintaining Fixed assets & prepaid schedules
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist seniors in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Assist with other accounting projects.
Requirements:
- Confident and energetic personality.
- Can work independently.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in computer MS Office.
- Proven work experience of accounting software.
Details
Working days are Monday to Friday.
Timings 9am to 6pm.
Location Gulberg 3 Lahore.
