Responsibilities:
- Project-manage a broad spectrum of activities, ranging from highly strategic to tactical, and play a key role in helping the organization focus on achieving business goals.
- Execute strategies to ensure an effective online presence consistent with traditional side of business and ensuring a uniform client experience. To contact suppliers and brand owners, arrange their meetings.
- Generate forecasts, ROI and profitability analysis for website, marketplace & marketing activities.
- Track performance and uncover tactics to drive sales while maintaining strong profitability.
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, execute data analysis and create financial models to support project recommendations. (i.e. pricing, product selection, promotional tactics, marketplace trends)
- Evolve and manage product selection, taxonomy, imagery, and rich media; ensuring the ebuzar is well represented on our eCommerce websites—includes using the proper images, descriptions, and staying current with ads.
- Work cross-functionality to ensure alignment with overall company and sales objectives.
- Enforce MAP pricing.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and various internal departments in regards to shipping, technical and other customer service issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree.
- 5+ years of eCommerce sales experience both direct and indirect
- Experience working with Marketplace partners like ebay, daraz, amazon,
- B2C eCommerce experience a plus.
- Familiarity with ecommerce sites or similar software.
- Ability to develop a strategic future-state vision based on understanding of current state, and a roadmap for bridging the two
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information concisely into strategic recommendations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel (0-25% travel)
