Duties :
- Answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems
- Provide our online education service information to customers acording to script.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Working Days/Hours :
- Monday to Friday (5D/Week)
- Night Shift (9PM to 6AM)
- 1 hour Break
