CCTV Technician

ECO Systems Pvt. Ltd is seeking a confident and professional CCTV Technician with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate excels in installing and configuring both analog and IP cameras and demonstrates strong technical troubleshooting skills. This role involves performing routine system maintenance and ensuring all CCTV installations meet company standards for safety and performance. As a CCTV Technician, you will work independently to set up surveillance systems that support security operations across various client locations. Attention to detail and the ability to properly mount and align cameras are essential qualities for success in this position.In this role, you apply your expertise to evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or upgrades where necessary. The position requires hands-on experience with IP camera configuration and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime. While managing a team is not part of this role, you are expected to collaborate effectively with other departments and clients to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Your work will contribute directly to maintaining the safety and security of client premises by delivering reliable and high-quality CCTV solutions.

Responsibilities

Install and configure CCTV systems including analog and IP cameras according to company standards and client requirements.
Perform technical troubleshooting and resolve issues related to CCTV hardware, software, and network configurations swiftly and efficiently.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal functioning of all installed surveillance equipment.
Mount and align cameras to achieve the best possible coverage and image quality based on site layout and security needs.
Calibrate IP camera settings such as resolution, motion detection parameters, and recording options to suit client specifications.
Assist clients by providing technical guidance and demonstrations on using CCTV system functionalities effectively.
Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance work, system faults, and repairs performed for future reference.
Evaluate existing CCTV systems to identify potential upgrades and recommend improvements to enhance security performance.
Collaborate with project teams and clients to schedule work, address concerns, and ensure successful project delivery.
Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations to safeguard yourself and others during installation and maintenance tasks.
Stay up to date with new technologies and trends in CCTV and security systems to continuously improve skills and service quality.
