Looking for individuals who are passionate about sales and technology to join our team as a Business Development Executive.
Requirements: -
- A self-starter, self-learner and self-motivated individual.
- Able to communicate fluently and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to write business proposals and cover letters.
- Quality project selection and bidding.
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Phone conversations, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
- Good Influencing and negotiation skills
- Must be able to understand basic software development paradigms and terminologies.
- Acquiring business through Freelancing channel (Upwork).
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Sales/Marketing from a reputed institution.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with potential clients by phone or chat software
- Selling company services to the clients over Upwork.
- Managing company portfolio
- Take ownership of the assigned tasks
- Evaluate process by weekly
- Prepare the next action plan
