We are looking for a skilled and growth-driven SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO. The ideal candidate must be able to work according to Google’s latest principles and implement advanced SEO techniques relevant for 2025. You will be responsible for boosting the online presence of our UK-based brand(s) and ensuring top rankings across competitive niches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies across On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical areas.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluations.
- Optimize website structure, internal linking, metadata, schema markup, and content according to Google’s E-E-A-T and Search Quality Guidelines.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify crawling, indexing, and performance issues.
- Work with developers to fix technical issues such as Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, indexing problems, canonicalization, and site architecture.
- Create and manage high-quality backlink campaigns using ethical, white-hat methods.
- Optimize content for UK audiences, ensuring alignment with regional search behaviour and trends.
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, AI-driven search changes, and 2025 ranking techniques.
- Monitor daily performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and others.
- Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting progress, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical).
- Strong understanding of Google Search Essentials and the latest 2024–2025 SEO trends.
- Experience ranking websites in competitive international markets (preferably UK).
- Knowledge of keyword research tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies independently.
- Familiarity with AI-driven SEO, semantic search, entity-based SEO, and modern link-building strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of content optimization for e-commerce stores.
Knowledge of structured data markup (Schema.org).
Familiarity with local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation (if needed).
