• Dubai based internet company with worldwide customer service requires energetic experienced candidates for flexible shifts, for the post of Customer Service Executive.

• It is imperative that you have excellent communication skills in English speaking an writing both plus your understanding will be the key. Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus!

• We are only considering long term candidates seeking for an opportunity to grow.

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers.

• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure.

• Resolve customer inquiries via phone , email , chat

• Answer questions about terms of sale.

• Handle administrative tasks

• Show initiative

• Able to work in flexible hours

• Candidate needs to have computer and good internet at home

• Interview will be done on Skype

• For the first month a home computer and good internet connection is required. Due to COVID-19 first month will be worked from home.
