Ecommerce Retail Sales (online order taking) and Sales Operations Executive
Ecommerce Retail Sales & Order Taking:
- Talk to inbound customers through WhatsApp, Facebook messenger and Phone call.
- Chat with them and discuss their custom jewellery requirements in detail with them.
- Take customers’ requirements for custom made orders in detail.
- Convey customer’s requirements for all custom made orders to the production team.
- Give all the customers all the detailed information about our jewellery products and payment terms and delivery mechanisms
- Coordinate with the production team for the production of customer orders and stock for timely production
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure all the customer orders are made as per the customer requirements
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure that all stock orders are made in time and as per the requirements
- Before customer order dispatch, ensure there is no quality related issue in the ready order and it is as per the customer requirement
- Dispatch all the customer orders through 3rd party courier service to the customers
- Closely coordinate with the customer and 3rd party courier to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Coordinate with accounts team to get the payment status receipt for all the customer deliveries
- Supervise the packaging team and ensure that all customer orders are securely packed and delivered at the correct address
- Manage the packaging material and re-order as the need arises
