We are looking for a skilled eCommerce Store Setup Specialist to join our team onsite in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients build and launch their online stores using Shopify. Your work will span the entire process, from initial setup to final launch, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. The position requires creating multiple Shopify stores daily while maintaining high standards that align with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and customize Shopify stores, including designing layouts and incorporating branding elements.
- Upload products, craft engaging product descriptions, and organize collections efficiently.
- Configure payment gateways, shipping options, and integrate necessary third-party tools.
- Guide clients on store management and order processing to empower their independent operation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of product listings and fundamental store design principles.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to client satisfaction.
- At least one year of hands-on experience creating Shopify stores.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Must be available to work onsite in Lahore.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic skills in graphic design or copywriting are advantageous.
- Full-time role offering flexible working hours.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
