Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end supply chain processes by assisting in inventory management and control activities to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishments.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong working relationships for efficient procurement.
- Analyze demand patterns using forecasting techniques to contribute to optimal inventory planning and reduce stockouts or overstock situations.
- Utilize inventory control systems to track product movements, record transactions accurately, and maintain updated inventory data for reporting and decision-making.
- Assist in optimizing inventory through regular audits, identifying slow-moving items, and recommending improvements to stock rotation policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to supply chain efficiency and prepare reports that help identify bottlenecks and areas for operational enhancement.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align supply chain activities with marketing, sales, and customer service functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Support the implementation of supply chain best practices and assist in process improvement projects aimed at enhancing overall operational performance.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements specific to inventory handling and logistics in an e-commerce setting.
