Ecomspot is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our dynamic E-Commerce Supply Chain team. Responsibilities
- Support the production planning and inventory management processes to optimize stock levels and minimize delays.
- Assist in executing material requirement planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and products.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to align demand forecasts with procurement and production schedules.
- Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Supply Chain Management (SCM) software to track orders, shipments, and inventory.
- Manage order processing entries using Order Management Systems (OMS) and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and suggest improvements to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and logistics to resolve supply chain issues.
- Support the analysis of market trends and demand data to anticipate fluctuations and align supply accordingly.
- Engage in continuous learning and development initiatives to stay updated with supply chain best practices and technological advancements.
- Contribute to documentation and reporting related to supply chain activities for internal and external stakeholders.
