eConceptions is seeking for dynamic Product Executives to join our team based in Islamabad. We expect you to have exceptional product/project management, communication, and leadership skills. We need you to be a problem solver who is creative in conceptualizing and defining innovative opportunities. This is a highly visible role with a huge impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design new product or enhance existing product to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to refine product roadmap by introducing any new digital technologies, ensure the product is equipped with sustainable competitiveness.
- Analyze, clarify and refine product requirements with corresponding teams. Ensure any chosen solutions can be implemented with high quality and align with our business & IT strategy.
- Lead / assist project implementation by coordinating with mobile network operators and various third-party vendors globally, ensure a smooth project integration and meet its desired timeline.
- Create proper workflow and documents to support project communication and execution.
- Assist to build / enhance any service support and operation flow to optimize product ROI.
- Support customer touchpoints enhancement according to sales and marketing plan, introduce any new digital tools if needed.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering or related disciplines
- 2+ years of experience in IT industry
- Good knowledge of network protocols and different API types
- Passion to make a difference, self-motivated, result-oriented with good sense of customer services needs
- Proven ability to get things done through leading cross-functional units and establishing cross-functional relationships
- Good Communication Skills, Analytical Skills and Project Management Skills
- Positive, confident, presentable and with an ability to listen and articulate
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive
