We are seeking a Product Manager to lead product development across our Value-Added Services (VAS) platforms, which span multiple verticals including HealthTech, EdTech, Lifestyle, Deals & Discounts, and beyond.The ideal candidate should bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, UX sensibility, and technical know-how to deliver engaging mobile and web user experiences.This role involves managing product lifecycles, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business goals and telecom operator needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the product roadmap for assigned vertical(s) and ensure timely execution.
Conduct market research and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, partnerships, design, content, and marketing) to deliver new features and enhance existing ones.
Ensure platforms meet regulatory, compliance, and partner requirements.
Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through optimized product experiences.
Monitor key performance metrics and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.
Work closely with telecom operators and partners to align on business objectives and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in VAS, consumer apps, or digital platforms (e.g., health, education, lifestyle, e-commerce, or loyalty).
Strong understanding of mobile/web user journeys and UX best practices.
Familiarity with APIs, partner integrations, and performance analytics.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
