General Description of Role:
Products/VAS Executive will be a liaison between the operator and the eConceptions for the completion of all the tasks and projects assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- A continuous research of the market trends and VAS services launched by the competitors and client
- Carry out product development of VAS and White Label Services through internal/external parties, vendors and internal teams
- Manage cross-functional project teams for project planning and implementation
- Ensure support & maintenance of the services/solutions in place through responsible parties involved
- Develop and Design service mechanics.
- Modify existing services to meet industry requirements.
- Liaison between departments of eConceptions.
- Help maintain the service quality.
- Help maintain service content quality.
- Be able to deliver under strict timelines and pressure.
- Proposals, Presentations, and Documentation for the services.
- Maintaining documentation for current services
The Candidate will be utilized in major product functions including product development, Content (SMS, IVR, APP and WAP), Product testing (QA), third party negotiation, client communication and other tasks handed to them from time to time.
The candidate must be versatile, able to work under pressure and is willing to work long hours extending beyond the standard time.
Other Skills
Excellent communication skills, proactive, quick learner, Time Management, Sense of Responsibility, Timely Delivery, excellent presentation skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Degree: BBA/MBA, Minimum Experience 1 to 3 year
