Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Technical Abilities/Understanding
· Strong concepts of Banking IT Architecture i.e. Switch, ATM, Card Management System, Core banking, CRM, Internet Baking, Mobile Banking and Mobile Wallets.
· Clear understanding of ISO 8583 standard
· Must be able to lead discussions around Baking Architecture and integrations
· Should know industry standards as well as State Bank Regulations with respect to Banking Digital Solutions
Project Planning
· Develop and maintain project plan based primarily on scope, schedules and budgets.
· Collaborate on the execution of work which meets the customer’s requirements.
· Coordinate with project team to determine potential value engineering opportunities for the project.
· Provide strategic direction to the team to mitigate risk and maximize potential profit.
Project Execution
· Monitor progress against established milestones maintaining schedule and performance standards of all parties.
· Manage internal and external project communication to keep stakeholders engaged and informed throughout the life of the project.
· Develop project logs containing all relevant conversation and documentation throughout execution of project.
· Responsible for ensuring project quality control throughout design, development and installation phases of project.
Project Evaluation
· Generate, publish and present detailed project forecasting reports based on compiled data.
· Complete all specified closeout requirements to ensure prompt release of final payment.
· Perform project close-out review with thorough synopsis of project to identify project successes and opportunities for improved performance on future projects.
· Keeps all stakeholders informed by providing periodic updates.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences
· 5+ years of experience working in Banking sector
· Strong Communication both verbal and written.
· Advanced level experience in the use of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
· Must have experience in Project Management tools Atlassian JIRA/Confluence
· Able to develop risk analysis to identify and mitigate project financial and schedule risks
· Advanced time management, scheduling, estimating and financial analytical skills
· Resolve any problems that arise during project, identify and mitigate potential risks or delays.
· Communicate project status to management and clients, and propose changes in project scope, timeline, or plans.
· Develop plans to carry out the project and address client needs.
