- Responsible to developing new business
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Identifies customer needs and provides solutions
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and email
- Ensure that the personal knowledge of all relevant ECU products and/services is up to date at all times
