The incumbent would be responsible for a completing a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Chairman as well as providing clerical support to the Chairman. Duties include;
Ø Manage calendar of meetings, appointments, conferences and travels.
Ø Completing expense reports.
Ø Compose and prepare correspondence on behalf of the Chairman.
Ø Arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
Ø Plans, coordinates and ensures the Chairman's schedule is followed and respected.
Ø Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Chairman.
Ø Record minutes of the meetings.
Ø Perform any other duty assigned by the Chairman.
Ø Formally receive and transfer incoming calls into the office.
Ø Maintains physical and electronic office filing systems for the Chairman.
Ø Maintain high confidentiality at all times.
