Eden Builders Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a driven and experienced Social Media Executive to independently execute, optimize, and scale high-volume paid social media campaigns. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing and enhancing paid campaigns across leading platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads with a monthly ad spend exceeding PKR 3,000,000. This role also requires hands-on community management, handling 150 to 300+ comments, direct messages, and inbox communications daily to foster strong audience engagement. The candidate utilizes creative tools like Canva and CapCut to produce and schedule organic and paid content effectively, while consistently monitoring campaign performance through metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, and frequency to drive measurable business results.
This position demands a professional with at least three years of relevant experience in social media advertising and community engagement, demonstrating a proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining excellent return on ad spend above industry benchmarks. Although this role does not include direct team management, the candidate must operate autonomously, work efficiently under pressure, and regularly deliver detailed weekly performance reports to key stakeholders. The position offers a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses in recognition of high-impact work and successful campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, optimize, and scale comprehensive paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads platforms, managing a monthly ad spend of PKR 3,000,000 or more.
- Manage and respond promptly to 150300+ daily social media comments, direct messages, and inbox communications with professionalism and consistency to maintain high audience engagement levels.
- Create, edit, and schedule organic and paid multimedia content using design tools such as Canva and CapCut to produce 10+ creatives per week aligned with marketing objectives.
- Monitor daily campaign performance metrics including return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per thousand impressions (CPM), click-through rate (CTR), and frequency to implement data-driven optimizations.
- Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to refine targeting, creative assets, and bidding strategies that improve overall campaign effectiveness.
- Generate and deliver clear, comprehensive weekly reports summarizing campaign insights, performance benchmarks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of platform-specific advertising technologies and advanced features including Meta Advantage+, TikTok Spark Ads, and Google Performance Max campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns scale efficiently while consistently exceeding industry-standard performance thresholds to maximize marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to align social media marketing strategies with broader business goals and branding guidelines.
- Stay current with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign impact and community engagement.
