Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to determine market requirements;
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies for new projects;
3. Determine and manage the marketing budget;
4. Collaborate with other specialists in designing and creating visuals;
5. Run promotions in social media (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok) and Google Ads
6. Create landing pages using Instapage and Wix for Google and Facebook Campaigns;
7. Track performance of all marketing campaigns;
8. Report on key performance metrics
9. Monitor and implement industry best practices;
Required Background:
1. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, Dubai real estate experience is super benefit.
2. Visual expertise and strong copywriting skills;
3. Start-up DNA, you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, and flexible environment;
4. Experience with Google Analytics, Similar Web, etc. is a must.
