- To ensure that the office operations are of the highest standard and that systems and procedures are in place to support senior staff
- Provide regular reports on the market performance to the CEO/Business Development Manager
- Ensure that systems and procedures are in place to provide a high quality service to key customers including partner institutions, students and parents
- Ensure that systems and procedures are followed while counseling students for their right destination and institution
- Look after implementation of effective systems and procedures to ensure enquirers and applicants receive accurate admissions documentation and correspondence in a timely fashion
- Ensure applications are processed and visa letters are issued in a timely fashion and deposit payments are made directly to partner instiutions
- Ensure that applicants receive high quality pre-departure briefings
