Life Coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counseling. The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client's personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.
Life Coach Assistant would assist Life Coach during the coaching sessions with clients, will take notes about the issues electronically and maintain the history of the client problems for up-coming sessions. Life Coach Assistant would also be responsible to work with clients over the call periodically to get the suggested coaching procedures to be followed by the client properly. This job will require inter city travel to conduct coaching sessions both on week-days and week-ends which entirely depends upon the appointment schedule.
This job requires quick understanding of the issues and should be able to respond inteligently.
Candidate should be confident enough to talk about any issues thrown by the client.
Candidate must be open to learn with good spoken english skills and willing to travel.
