The core role is to meet annual sales targets, implementation of business strategies, policies and SOPs, leading and mentoring of team, building healthy relations with customers to achieve company’s objective effectively in assigned territory.

Responsible for the sales orders from customers in his assigned territory against sales target basis.
Responsible for monitoring the achievement of collection as per collection targets set for individual sales person.
Responsible for the expansion in dealer network on territorial basis.
Responsible for the timely feedback on competitor activities to immediate boss i.e., price increases, new product launches and sales promotional schemes on territorial basis.
Responsible for providing the product knowledge and awareness of special products to Sales team.
