·      Develop a strong understanding of Tower industry with in-depth knowledge of revenue and cost drivers and develop strong understanding of all customer contracts 

·      Responsible for preparing monthly customer Invoicing in line with customer agreements; and maintaining customer’s databases

·      Understand applicable taxation rules and their implications on invoicing in particular and on the company as a whole and ensure accurate tax charging to customer as per the tax laws.

·      Ensure compliance to company's group policies and procedures and seek management approvals as and when required

·      Ensure that client SOPs are followed for brand retention and work as a bridge between internal departments with customers

·      Assist Line manage in setting up and maintaining billing automation tool – EASI 

·      Liaison with internal departments for timely resolution of queries/ decision/ agreement

·      Responsible for catering all customer queries/concerns/disputes regarding billing.

·      Assist line manager in revenue management and customer’s revenue collection activities 

·      Responsible for routine monthly revenue reporting and any ad hoc reporting as and when required. 

·      Assist line manager in daily departmental activities or special projects on time to time basis

·      Any other responsibilities assigned by Line manager.

·      Responsible for maintaining all the records including financial workings for auditors' review.

Knowledge and Competencies

·       Experience in Telecom Industry is mandatory ·       Excellent verbal, written and IT communications including advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills ·       Sound understanding of and hands on experience of an ERP

·      Good understanding of Telecom business processes, finance, revenue and invoicing processes

·      Good understanding of Tax rules 

·      Possess a strong data management skill and required tool/technologies

·      Capable of managing information flow between different departments

·      Ability to work in a team, high motivation and attention to detail

·      Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Capacity to handle expansion in business, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
