Job Responsibilities:

Oversee, lead and implement organization’s education focused interventions.
Support Organization and Partner Organizations in designing and managing development activities related to sector reforms, education planning and coordination.
Mainstream quality education service delivery focusing on teaching life-skills that enable the future generation to negotiate better economic opportunities for themselves
Enhance capacity of community institutions to develop and implement community education plans.
Design an advocacy, awareness and capacity building program to improve education
Provide technical assistance to all Partner Organizations and Community Organizations under education component as per the guidelines provided by the donors.
Ensure that interventions are managed effectively and aligned with organizational processes and management systems.
Assess education related proposals submitted by civil society organizations.
Leverage and synergize with government, donors and other programs in the target areas.
Lead knowledge management and learning initiatives related to education programs.
Develop sustainability plans for organizations all education related interventions.
Plan interventions to mainstream disability and technology in education.

Job Specifications:

At least a Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Social Sciences or other relevant discipline from a HEC recognized national or international university.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with development sector organization.
Experience in Project Management, planning and budgeting skills.
Excellent report writing and analysis skills.
Team player, system thinker, goal driven, innovative and action oriented individual.
Willing to travel in the field across Pakistan.
