Responsibilities
Distribution of marketing & sales targets among his team members
Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
Monitoring, controlling & evaluation of sales & promotion targets
Assisting sales personnel in their technique
Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars & regular meetings
Customer visits, image building activities & media coverage
Key-accounts management
Competitor analysis & strategic development
Working with existing and potential new sales accounts in a region to increase marketing share and penetrate the new market
Organize mega events & branding of events
Customer retention & sales recover, Etc.
