A London based company, we are recruiting for a highly creative, dynamic, innovative, motivated, committed, all-around interior designer with 3D Visualization skills to join our team.
The successful person will work on residential, hospitality and commercial projects based in London.
Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creative design direction with construction and technical knowledge transforming the concept design into detailed design;
- Producing detailed technical drawings and 3Ds;
- Preparing and presenting design proposals;
- Liaising with clients, contractors and other specialists;
- Dealing with problems that might come up during the project;
- Source products, e.g. fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration and dressing.
- Assisting with all day to day project, office and administration tasks
Essential Requirements:
- Educated to degree-level qualification in Interior Designer, Architecture or similar.
- Experienced in high standard interior projects, preferably in the fit out and hospitality industry.
- Good standard of written and verbal English;
- AutoCAD or Revit and Sketchup proficiency;
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Flexibility on hours.
