• Plan Monthly targets of Sales with CEO and distribute those targets into team. {Every team member is assigned quarterly sales target percentages in  all product categories within their assigned territories}
  • Monitor and guide the Business Development Specialists on their targets and ensure smooth sales operations team.
  • Define geographical territories of Business Development Specialists so that they sell all the products as per assigned targets in their defined area while avoiding any overlapping territories.
  • Ensure that Business Development Specialists have a keen eye on front-end client’s activities related to their upcoming product’s needs.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets through immediate team.
  • Visit front-end clients whenever he/top management feels that his visit is needed for closing the sales deal.
  • Daily receive sale sheets from Business development specialists directly reporting to him as well as from regional heads.
  • Find new front-end clients and personally pitch them EEZY services. For a new region (City) first explore the business opportunities himself, and after maturing the clients / market send the BDS for sales in that region.
  • Find new back-end clients and personally pitch them EEZY Sales Capacity for services.
  • Take Market Intelligence reports from Subordinates in order to calculate competitor moves and take insights for new product development needs.
  • Organize seminars/Film Premier Shows etc. for new and old front-end clients in order to create EEZY Corporate image in industry.
  • Ensure timely recoveries and contract completion of sales through sales team and sometimes work on recoveries directly through phone calls and visits.
  • Daily get reports from Godown Supervisor about stock receipt & dispatch and category wise current stock available in godown.
  • Act as a signing authority for dispatches from Godown. Seek CEO’s Approval in Critical Dispatch Decisions.
  • Make sure through his control mechanisms that no stock is lost / damaged within warehouse and/or during transportation.
  • Conduct monthly business review meeting with already defined agenda and any other performance matters.
  • Conduct quarterly meetings for setting / reviewing / revising KPIs and KRAs of the direct reportees.
  • Perform Performance evaluations of immediate staff on quarterly basis.
  • Ensure Proper Training & Development of the Staff wherever & whenever needed through performance review and training need analysis.
  • Developing department staff through formal and informal coaching, counseling & mentoring sessions.
  • Succession Planning: Develop a successor of himself as well as successors of his immediate subordinates.
  • Do second (technical) selection interview of staff needed to be hired in Sales Department of EEZY.
