Managing and leading the branch effectively to achieve liabilities and business targets; implementation of customer service standards, while adhering to FFO’s policies and guidelines
- Plan Quarterly Disbursement targets (Growth Plan).
- Provide regular feedback on competitor activities to Area Manager.
- Cascade branch targets to staff and regularly track and review performance and productivity.
- Manage employee morale and retention.
- Check the entries in MIS on regular basis to tally it with the manual records.
- Submitting Closing to Area Office on monthly basis.
- Ensure office discipline and office hygiene
- Maintain all statutory and business controls for branch processes and compliance with regulations
- Preparing planning mechanism for the field activities.
- Regular group meeting and group audit.
- Arrange daily meetings with COs and discus daily plans.
- Giving directions to COs for smooth implementation of program (With the help of Growth plan).
- New areas identification.
- Final appraisal of clients
- Field visits with COs
- Community follow-up visits
- Recovery status and record maintenance
- Advise training for branch staff.
- Record keeping of Branch related documents.
