The Deputy Manager - Organization Capacity & Skills at EFU Life Assurance Ltd. plays a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce. Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate HR communication campaigns and engagement events in collaboration with the marketing team to strengthen internal and external messaging.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that align with organizational goals, ensuring continuous improvement based on feedback and efficacy metrics.
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend strategic solutions to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Support the development and execution of talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Utilize HR analytics to monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices to proactively enhance the organizations capacity and skills framework.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions that promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding learning and development opportunities, providing guidance and support to address their needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their specific training needs and align programs accordingly to support business objectives.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance reviews, and other evaluation tools, and make necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Develop and manage a robust reporting system for tracking training engagement and learning outcomes, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Encourage employee engagement by initiating programs that foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee well-being.
