Area Sales Head

The Area Sales Head is responsible for the overall sales performance of a region. The Area Sales Head both performs sales duties themselves and lead teams of salespeople to achieve sales goals. This includes everything from setting sales goals to training and supporting teams in order to help them achieve those goals.

Brief Job Role:

Manage a team of 40 sales consultants and coordinators
Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to regionals heads.
Build and maintain key relationships with potential and current clients.
