- This job exists to ensure group claim requests are appropriately processed and settled in a timely manner, in consultation with senior management.
- To request requirements for further processing of the claim as per Company policies and practices.
- To assess the claim documents on medical grounds and prepare claim note for discussion with Medical Director, which includes, but is not limited to; assessing FIR, Court case file and/or Newspaper columns.
- To re-underwrite repudiated cases, as per claimants request, and forward to the committee for final decision.
- To prepare the case of Agency Reinstatement after receiving the written request / explanation from the sales consultant, in event of non-disclosure cases.
- To attend and resolve stakeholder queries and concerns on related matters through letters, emails, phone calls and/or meetings.
