Responsibilities
  • Assist in posting job openings across various platforms and social media to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Support the HR team by performing clerical and administrative tasks related to staffing and employee engagement.
