Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Manage and lead a team of 50 sales and marketing professionals, providing direction, training, and performance evaluations.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales activities, and lead conversion.
Plan and implement social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engage potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitors activities.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Collaborate with product and service teams to tailor offerings that meet customer needs and improve satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and team achievements for senior management.
