EG Solutions Pvt. Ltd is looking for an experienced and dedicated Junior Business Analyst with a strong IT background, the candidate must have the potential to act as a bridge between the development team and the relevant stakeholders.

  • Gathering/documenting functional requirements for an upcoming cross-platform application (iOS & Android) Creating easy to understand Technical & Functional specifications for complex workflows for development teams
  • Working in a Scrum environment and continuously reviewing the business needs,
  • Defining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables
  • Collaborating with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
  • Clearly identifying project stakeholders and establish customer classes, as well as their characteristics
  • Conducting meetings/interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods as per the requirements
  • Identifying and establishing scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics
  • Researching, reviewing, and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and developing strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes
  • Creating requirements documentation for software solutions
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer/Clients.
  • Establishing personal networks, establishing project budget.
  • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

  • Creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
  • Managing and tracking the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Enforce and redefine as necessary Communicating changes,
  • Enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation to the relevant project managers,
  • Must have excellent project management skills and work alongside existing project managers, providing them with the necessary information to manage the project
  • Must have EXCELLENT ability to receive requirements, to analyze the requirements, and then to turn these into technical documentation for sign off by respective stakeholders
  • Must be resilient and frequently liaise with all stakeholders, importantly business owners
  • Conducting risk analysis and development of mitigation strategies accordingly etc.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience within the same capacity
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Ability to work collaboratively across several IT and business functions
  • Must take ownership of epics, features, projects and ensure timely completion
  • Must be capable to break down technical tasks into work breakdown structure what we offer:
