Who are experienced working on freelance platforms like "Upwork", "Guru" and "Freelancer".
Job Duties :
Sustain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
Responding to incoming emails and telephonic inquiries professionally.
Record and update your daily sales and orders information which will be sent to the Team Leader before leaving the office.
Develop strategies for expanding client portfolio and negotiate on prices and delivery to close your sales with new clients.
Responding to client’s emails after office timings which may lead to late sittings.
Review your own performance in order to aim yourself to meet or exceed your monthly sales targets as set by the company.
Keep a strong follow-up from your clients making sure that no client is left un-responded
Work in a team and as an individual and share your best practices with your colleagues.
Candidates having O/A levels education would be preferred.
