1. Oversee and direct construction projects from Master Plan to completion, coordinating with managers of all disciplines and departments for implementation of construction execution plan, Project Safety Plan, QC Plan as per company SOPs and policies.
2. Progress reporting to higher management for overall standing.
3. Initiate Packages, cash flows and review prior to tendering stage.
4. Staff Management and site office decorum.
5. Review the progress on daily basis to schedule deliverables.
6. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with codes and safety regulations.
7. Attending Kick off Meeting and orientation of Project to the newly hired contractors.
8. Attending the Progress Review Meetings with Consultants and contractors for construction issues, progress, safety and QA/QC issues.
9. Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
10. Review changes in project scope of work and coordinating with higher management for potential change orders and cost impact.
11. Initiating and reviewing for variation orders and claims from contractors.
12. Coordination with Design offices regarding design issues incurred during construction.
13. Review of TQs from contractors.
14. Review of Response of TQs, and correspondence from consultant to client.
15. Liaison between Consultants, Contractors and Sub-contractor.
16. Coordinating between contractors and suppliers/manufacturers for Start-up, pre-functional tests and testing and commissioning for equipment.
17. Approval for material submittals and administrative approvals from contractors and subcontractors.
