- Reporting all site works & critical issues to the project manager / Construction manager required action needed to improve the site construction works.
- Monitoring site activities as per project schedule & highlight obstacles & potential delays to the Project Manager / Construction manager.
- Ensure that site supervision consultants are performing & supervising the site works as per the project quality & Standers.
- Have a complete knowledge for construction activities similar to Eighteen Project.
- Offering technical advice on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives
- Managing the site and parts of construction projects
- Overseeing building work and ensuring the quality of the work
- Setting out, levelling, and surveying the site
- Ensuring the plans, drawings and quantities are accurate for calculations
- Supervising site security, health, and safety
- Organizing and overseeing material and human resources.
- Managing the design documents supplied by the client
- Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
- Reporting progress and other updates back to clients
