Key Responsibilities
Creating records (leads, sales and appointments) in CRMs and Google sheets
Maintaining records (leads, sales and appointments) in CRMs and Google sheets
Closely tracking validated appointments and conducted demos
Updating rescheduled appointments
Monitoring Skype groups to get details of appointments and demos
Ensuring the appointment and demo tracking sheets are regularly updated
Assist in calculation of commissions based on sales KPIs
Working closely with HR to maintain record of candidates interviewed and hired
Maintaining, delivering and creating reports
Maintaining records of contracts
Maintaining and recording call logs and stats
Close coordination with management and reporting of trends and numbers
Performance Metrics
No delay in data transfer
Accuracy of data (validations, reschedules, cancels, sales etc)
Consistency of numbers across multiple platforms
Up-to-date validation numbers
Willingness to assist management in improving overall data management
